By using Invitely, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Invitely provides digital invitation webpage creation and hosting services. We deliver animated, shareable invitation webpages accessible via unique URLs.

Access to invitation creation requires a one-time payment. Prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change. All payments are final unless covered by our Refund Policy.

Invitation webpages remain accessible for a minimum of 12 months from the event date.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Do not upload or include content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights. You must not use our service to send unsolicited communications (spam).

Template designs remain the property of Invitely. Your event-specific content (names, dates, photos) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as part of the invitation service.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [City], India.
